Responsibilities

• Develop tailored financial plans by analyzing clients’ financial situations, including estate planning, tax strategies, and investment portfolios
• Advise clients on securities law compliance, financial regulations, and industry best practices to ensure sound investment decisions
• Manage client relationships by providing ongoing communication, portfolio reviews, and updates on market trends and financial products
• Conduct research on financial markets, investment opportunities, and industry developments to inform strategic recommendations
• Assist clients with estate planning tools such as wills, trusts, and estate law to protect assets and facilitate wealth transfer
• Maintain thorough knowledge of financial software, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with banking services teams to offer integrated cash management solutions and banking products aligned with client needs

Requirements

• Proven experience practicing in the securities industry with a strong understanding of financial analysis, investment management advisory services, and asset management
• Deep knowledge of financial concepts including wealth management, portfolio management, and financial planning strategies
• Familiarity with securities law, FINRA regulations (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), and industry knowledge of financial regulations
• Expertise in estate planning tools such as wills, trusts & estate law; tax experience; and legal considerations related to wealth transfer
• Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively
• Proficiency in financial software applications used for research, analysis, and compliance tracking
• Relevant certifications such as Series 7 or Series 63/65 licenses are highly preferred; ongoing professional development in finance is encouraged
• Excellent math skills combined with analytical thinking to evaluate investment options and market data accurately
