WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Meet with individuals and families virtually or in person
- Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies
- Help clients identify solutions to protect their income, family, and future
- Build meaningful relationships within your community
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development
- Generate referrals through excellent client service
- Learn proven systems for client acquisition and business growth
- Grow into leadership opportunities if desired
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Professional and dependable
- Passion for helping others
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, healthcare, ministry, management, or business is a plus but not required
LICENSING
- Life Insurance License preferred but not required
- Unlicensed candidates are encouraged to apply
- We provide step-by-step guidance through the licensing process
- State licensing fees are paid directly to state-approved providers
- Many applicants earn their license in less than two weeks. There is excellent pre-licensing courses to help you pass your exam the first time!

COMPENSATION
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Compensation is commission-based and varies based on individual effort, activity, and results. There is no cap on earning potential.
Many representatives begin part-time while maintaining another career and transition to full-time as their business grows.
