Financial Advisor

About the role

This is a wealth management advisory role with a Hong Kong-based independent financial advisory platform. You will develop and serve mid-to-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients, building and maintaining long-term trusted relationships. The platform partners with leading global insurance companies and financial institutions to provide objective, neutral product solutions spanning insurance, investment, and identity/residency planning. You will have access to a dedicated investment research and back-office team providing market analysis, compliance support, and professional training.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and serve mid-to-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients, building and maintaining long-term trusted relationships
• Provide comprehensive asset allocation solutions tailored to client needs, covering insurance protection, investment planning, and identity/residency planning
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering ongoing professional advice and market insights
• Actively expand client networks and referral channels to drive sustained business growth

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above; degree in Finance, Business, or related disciplines preferred
• 3+ years of experience in wealth management, insurance, private banking, or related client-facing roles is preferred
• Strong communication skills, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and sense of responsibility
• Existing network or high-net-worth client resources is an advantage
• Hold or willing to obtain SFC licenses and/or IIQE insurance intermediary qualifications
