Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Specialist to serve as the functional domain owner for our core financial software platforms. In this role, you will lead solution enhancement initiatives and provide tier-2 operational support across key business units. Acting as a key bridge between business operations and global technical governance teams, you will ensure our financial platforms remain optimized, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Ownership & L2 Support: Act as the primary functional expert for core SAP FI/CO modules. Manage incident resolution within predefined SLAs and handle escalations to L3 global teams for complex technical fixes or core system changes.
- Continuous Improvement & Projects: Collaborate with global technology groups to drive enhancement projects, system optimizations, and rollout initiatives across business entities.
- Business Analysis & Enablement: Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, host alignment sessions, configure functional setups based on industry best practices, and deliver user training.
- Documentation: Maintain clear functional specifications, configuration guides, standard operating procedures, and end-user documentation.
Target Candidate Profile
- Functional Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of direct hands-on configuration experience in core financial and controlling modules (including General Ledger, Payables/Receivables, Asset Management, and Cost Accounting).
- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on proficiency with modern enterprise ERP environments (including S/4HANA architecture).
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with distributed global IT teams and regional operational leads.
- Problem Solving & Agility: Proven track record of balancing project delivery with operational support in a dynamic setting.
- Communication: Business-level fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to interface across cross-functional and international teams.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel periodically as business needs require.
