About the role
Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 17:00 PM
Working Location: One city centre @ BTS Ploenchit
Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day banking operations, including account maintenance and bank facility utilization.
· Monitor foreign exchange (FX) transactions.
· Responsible for booking FX all of company and monitor expired, extend, cancelled FX contract.
· Check all outstanding FX contracts of company with bank report.
· Prepare account details and contract balance report for checking with Sales Departments’ FX sheets.
· Check outstanding FX contracts, account details and contract balance of each Sales Department in FX sheet.
· Summarize FX position report all of BU and summit the report to regional branch.
Requirement
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of working experience in finance
· Knowledge of corporate finance and banking operations (FX, lC, payment receive)
· Able to manage daily cash management, payment process and bank facilities.
· Good command of English (reading and writing emails, basic meeting communication).
· Good communication skills and careful / accurate working style.
· Knowledge of SAP, ERP, and Macro
