Job Description and Responsibilities:
The Finance Supervisor is responsible for monitoring cash. This role is required to maintain and provide timely cash position reports to the management.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Report to Regional Finance Manager
- Support Financial Planning, budgeting & forecasting of the group with Regional Finance Manager.
- Facilitate statutory annual financial audit.
- Enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare & review financial statements with the Regional Head of Finance including, Balance sheet, Profit and Loss & Cash Flow Statements.
- Drive month ends close with companies by due dates.
- Manage group cash flow.
- Monthly / Quarterly Balance Sheet reconciliations – “Workpapers”.
- Payroll computation – Commissions review.
- Manage shareholder transactions – tracking / reporting & reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Review & sign vouchers prepared by AP and Treasury.
- Review and approve Income tax, indirect Tax, Withholding Tax etc.
- Review the accuracy of recordings made by the group.
- Make sure that the companies are compliant to all government regulations and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any business financial related course
- CPA Qualification
- Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
- Ability to work to & meet deadlines
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet and report presentation skills
- Excellent in using office softwares such as google sheets, microsoft office, etc..
- Experience in using Xero Accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly with a range of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

- Manage and send the reports required including but not limited to sales, accidents, injuries, equipment damages, etc.
- Follow company protocols for discipline, performance management and safety.
- Manage compliance to club house rules and SOPs. Notify the club manager or department head of any unsafe acts or conditions as soon as possible.
- Ensure that all exercise equipment is in good condition. Clean equipment and gym regularly.
- Participate in safety training and safety inspections.
