Job Summary
Plays a key role in enhancing financial decision-making through data, analytics, and automation. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and Data teams to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize costs, and streamline reporting processes.
This position is embedded within Asurion’s supply chain and manufacturing operations, supporting financial insights across repair, refurbishment, and device lifecycle management. The role will focus on improving cost efficiency, operational visibility, and decision-making across manufacturing and service delivery environments.
You will act as a bridge between Finance and technical teams, translating business needs into data-driven solutions while ensuring strong governance, accuracy, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Finance Transformation
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting, cost management, and reporting through analytics and automation
- Support implementation of data-driven solutions that enhance finance operations and efficiency across manufacturing and supply chain functions
- Build clear business cases with measurable outcomes
Manufacturing & Operational Finance Support
- Partner with operations teams to analyze cost drivers, repair/refurbishment economics, and supply chain performance
- Provide insights into inventory, labor, and production-related costs
- Support decision-making to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and operational improvements
Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to deliver insights on performance, trends, and opportunities
- Improve forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Analytics & Solution Delivery
- Collaborate with Data, IT, and Finance Systems teams to design and deploy scalable solutions
- Leverage dashboards, automation tools, and analytics to enhance reporting and decision-making
Governance & Controls
- Ensure financial accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to internal controls
- Support audit readiness and compliance requirements
Adoption & Capability Building
- Promote data-driven decision-making within Finance and Operations teams
- Support upskilling and adoption of analytics and digital tools
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in Finance (FP&A, business partnering, or financial analysis)
- Strong experience in forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or supply chain finance
- Experience working in complex or matrixed organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in finance transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or advanced Excel)
- Experience partnering with data or technology teams
- Background in telecom, insurance, high-tech, or manufacturing industries
