Finance Manager - Thailand

DP World is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day controllership and financial planning and analysis for our Logistics business in Thailand. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will deliver accurate, timely financial reporting, budgeting and compliance across multiple legal entities, and safeguard strong financial controls. This is a hands-on role for a driven, detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys owning execution end-to-end.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple legal entities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Execute annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, and conduct variance analysis to support management decisions.
• Coordinate tax filings, statutory audits and regulatory submissions, liaising with external auditors, tax agents and shared services.
• Maintain and strengthen financial controls, procedures and data integrity within the finance systems.
• Manage working capital, including receivables, payables and cash flow, to optimise liquidity.
• Work independently across multiple legal entities to resolve complex accounting, reporting and compliance issues.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial and HR teams on cost control, forecasting and business decisions.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; professional qualification (CPA, CMA or CA) is a plus.
• 6–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience across controllership and financial planning and analysis.
• ERP experience required; proficiency in Oracle is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
• Sound knowledge of financial accounting standards and Thai regulatory requirements.
• Business fluency in Thai and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights.
