About This Role
This role is for a Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager/Head of Finance/Finance GM with a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of the Out of Home Advertising (OOH) business, which is asset-intensive, project-based, and cash-flow driven. This position serves as a business partner to the Director in managing finances, asset investments, and supporting sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic financial planning (annual budget & multi-year plans) covering CAPEX and OPEX for OOH assets (billboards, signage, videotrons/LED, neon boxes, etc.)
- Manage company cash flow strictly, including client payment terms, vendor payment schemes, and working capital requirements
- Conduct feasibility analysis of OOH asset investments (ROI, IRR, Payback Period) and provide recommendations on buy vs lease, upgrade vs replace, and decommissioning of unproductive assets
- Oversee and control pricing & profitability, working with Sales team to determine floor price, margin per location, client, and campaign
- Manage risk management & compliance, including location permits, regional advertising tax, potential fines, and demolition risks
- Prepare and present financial dashboards to management accurately and timely to the Director
- Serve as strategic partner to Director in expansion decisions, new location development, and asset optimization
- Lead and develop Finance team to work effectively, compliantly, and with business orientation
Requirements
- Minimum S1 degree in Accounting / Finance / Management, preferably S2 / professional certification (CPA, CFA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Finance, with minimum 3–5 years as Head / Manager Finance, preferably in OOH, property, construction, or asset-intensive business
- Strong understanding of financial planning, cash flow management, CAPEX, OPEX, and asset management
- Experienced in conducting investment analysis and pricing strategy
- Proficient in taxation, particularly regional advertising tax
- Able to prepare management reports and presentations to Director
- Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, communicative, and possesses leadership qualities
- Understanding of Accounting is preferred
