What the job involves
- We are looking for a Finance Manager. In summary, the role will have responsibilities spread between FP&A and Strategic Finance
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business objectives
- Strategic Finance: Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models incorporating extensive data analysis
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to understand their data needs and solve capital allocation problems using analytical methods
- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial and data analytics reports to stakeholders
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to financial processes through data analytics and automation
