We're looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of our Finance function in Vietnam while working across multiple entities in the group. You'll make sure the fundamentals are strong - from accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow to compliance and financial controls.

But we don't want you to simply maintain what's already there.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁:

𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿.

• Challenge the process. Ask why something is done the way it is - and find a better way when there is one.
• Make Finance smarter. You're the kind of person who sees a repetitive process and thinks, “Why are we still doing this?” Explore automation, new technology, and better systems to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Don't stay inside the Finance bubble. You enjoy working with people across the business, asking questions, understanding different perspectives, and turning numbers into useful conversations.
• Improve existing processes. You get bored doing things just because “that's how we've always done it.” And willing to experiment, test new approaches, and learn from what doesn't work.
• Turn numbers into action. Go beyond reporting what happened. Understand why it happened, what it means for the business, and what should happen next.
• Influence business decisions. Work closely with department heads and senior leaders, understand what the business needs, and turn financial data into practical decisions and action.
• Own the financial health of the business. Manage cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control while keeping a clear view of financial performance and risks.
• Build across borders. Support financial operations across multiple entities, including cross-border transactions and FOREX, while collaborating with Finance teams across different markets.
• Keep things under control. Ensure tax compliance, statutory reporting, audits, internal controls, and financial policies are handled properly and consistently.

You'll also work closely with the CBO on group-level financial strategy, bringing the perspective of the Vietnam business into broader decisions and representing Finance locally when needed.

𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗳....

• 6–8 years of experience in financial management or accounting, ideally within IT, technology, or a similar tech-driven environment.
• Proven experience managing Finance operations for a small to mid-sized team or business unit.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS); familiarity with IFRS is a plus.
• Experience working with financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with the ability to manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting confidently.
• Good understanding of tax compliance, statutory reporting, and local labor regulations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• You have a point of view - and you're not afraid to use it. You speak up, challenge ideas respectfully, and take ownership when something needs to change.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

• ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification, completed or in progress.
• Exposure to international financial operations or FOREX management.
• Experience supporting statutory audits or working with external auditors.

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 & 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Working time: Monday – Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
• Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with financial oversight across other entities in the group.

This role will have a Vietnam focus while providing financial oversight and support across other entities within the group.
