■ Role Overview
The Finance Manager oversees accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, effective cash management, and strong internal controls. This role supports business decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while driving process improvements and business growth.
■Main Responsibilities
・Oversee accounting operations, including monthly/yearly closing, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
・Prepare financial statements and reporting packages for global headquarters.
・Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide financial insights for business decisions.
・Manage product pricing in compliance with NHI drug pricing regulations and review distributor pricing.
・Coordinate with external advisors on tax matters and support internal compliance initiatives.
■Requirements
【Required】
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
・10+ years of professional experience in accounting and financial management.
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
【Preferred Qualifications】
・Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
・Experience in the healthcare or related industries.
・Experience using Sage X3 or similar ERP systems.
