About the role
- Act as the primary financial advisor to supply chain executive leadership, guiding long-term strategic transformations, scenario planning, and large-scale cost optimization initiatives to drive enterprise value.
- Leverage advanced financial modeling and analytics to create end-to-end visibility, simplifying operational complexity and accelerating decision-making across manufacturing, procurement, and distribution channels.
- Direct the financial strategy for corporate sustainability programs, partnering with operational leaders to evaluate investments in decarbonization, logistics optimization, and resource efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a department of 13 finance professionals, building a resilient organizational culture focused on cross-functional collaboration and business partnership.
【求められる経験・スキル / Required Experience And Skills】
- Extensive background in FP&A and strategic business finance.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams within complex, cross-functional, and international operational environments.
- Strong ability to manage ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and translate complex operational data into actionable commercial insights.
- Language capabilities require Native-level Japanese and Business-level English.
