About the role
A leading organisation in Bangkok (CBD) is seeking a Finance Director to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their operations. What you'll do:
- Supervise operational budgeting processes, financial forecasting activities, cash flow management strategies, and conduct thorough internal audits to ensure financial stability.
- Ensure strict adherence to local tax laws, financial reporting regulations, and corporate governance standards by implementing robust compliance frameworks.
- Align operational workflows across HR, Administration, Logistics, and Finance departments to scale business operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Direct office management activities including facility operations, vendor contract negotiations, and administrative budget oversight to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
- Manage end-to-end import/export logistics processes for medical devices and spare parts, including customs clearance procedures and inventory storage solutions.
- Optimise supply chain pipelines by streamlining local delivery operations, minimising lead times, and reducing transportation costs through collaborative efforts with internal teams.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each function and monitor them closely to drive continuous process improvements throughout the organisation.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans that promote communal growth and nurture interdependent relationships among departments.
What you bring:
- At least 10 years in progressive operations roles with proven responsibility for multi-functional teams covering HR, Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Finance.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior management position overseeing cross-departmental teams within complex organisational structures.
- Prior background in medical devices, healthcare equipment manufacturing or distribution, or trading company is preferred.
- Fluent in English
