日本事業における財務部門のマネジメントおよび戦略的プロセスの統括を行っていただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
- 日本法人における財務計画、レポーティング、財務分析業務全般の統括
- 日本会計基準および米国会計基準への準拠体制の確保
- 財務データの正確性・透明性の担保ならびに日本・アジア経営層へのレポーティング
- 予算編成、業績予測（フォーキャスト）、予実差異分析の管理
- 内部統制、監査、リスク管理プロセスの統括
- 海外スタッフを含む少人数チームのマネジメントおよび人材育成
- 業務プロセス改善および財務情報の透明性向上の推進
- 財務分析・インサイトに基づく戦略的意思決定の支援

Requirements
■必須
- 財務・会計職としての実務経験 8年以上
- チームマネジメント経験 2年以上
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
