Job Purpose:
Develop, execute sourcing strategies for assigned spend categories.
Optimize supplier value, reduce TCO, mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with enterprise procurement policies.
Critical in banking/services for regulatory compliance, data security.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement category strategies.
Lead end-to-end sourcing events.
Support supplier onboarding, qualification.
Drive supplier performance management.
Lead commercial negotiations.
Draft, review contract documents.
Partner with business units.
Advise on sourcing best practices.
Ensure sourcing processes comply with regulations.
Identify, mitigate supply-chain risks.
Conduct, present spend analytics.
Maintain transparent reporting.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering.
MBA or professional certification preferred.
Key Ski****lls:
Strategic sourcing methodologies.
Category management.
Financial acumen, TCO modeling.
Contracting, negotiation skills.
Supplier performance management.
Regulatory requirements understanding.
Experience Required:
4-8 years procurement or sourcing experience.
Banking or services industry experience.
Category management, strategic sourcing, cost modeling.
Supplier governance experience.
Exposure to regulated environments.
Negotiating complex, high-value service contracts.
Major Stakeholders:
Internal: All departments, Senior Leadership, Payment operations.
External: Vendors.
