About The Job At Opella, we are looking for finance professionals who combine strong analytical capabilities with a business partnering mindset. Main Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis.
- Partner with business leaders to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
About You
- Bring relevant experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, Accounting, Audit, Tax, Treasury, or related areas.
- Use data and insights to drive decision-making, combining analytical rigor with business acumen.
- Act as a trusted business partner, collaborating effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Take ownership and deliver with excellence, maintaining high standards of accuracy, integrity, and accountability.
- Demonstrate agility, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and create value.
