About This Role
This full-time, in-person role in the Founder's Office is for a driven, analytical, and proactive early-career professional. You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives across various functions, with responsibilities evolving as the company grows and as you develop in the role.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives across functions, including product and growth, marketing, operations, partnerships, strategic planning, hiring, and sales
Requirements
- Independently understand a problem, identify a practical approach, coordinate with others, and follow through to an outcome
- Learn quickly, take ownership, and operate with initiative
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ownership, initiative, and a bias toward action
- Curiosity about how businesses operate and grow
- Ability to learn unfamiliar concepts quickly
- Attention to detail while keeping broader goals in view
- Comfort working across functions and adapting to changing priorities
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and common productivity tools
- Good judgment when working with senior leaders or handling sensitive, high-priority tasks
- Ability to use AI tools effectively for research, analysis, automation, and execution
- Pursuing or have completed an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, BAF, BMS, or equivalent degrees)
