The Finance Assistant supports the finance, purchasing, and executive teams by managing the accounts payable process, including processing vendor invoices, matching them to purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records. This role also provides administrative support to the Controller, Purchasing team, and COO, and is ideal for someone who values accuracy, discretion with confidential information, and independent work.
