The firm’s approach targets both stabilized and distressed assets often capitalizing on shifting market cycles.
Responsibilities
- Review regional leasing and development submissions
- Prepare consolidated leasing statistics and KPIs for senior management and public disclosures
- Perform analyses of investments and its financial projections
- Identify unusual or unexpected variances
- Prepare operating environment and capital events for senior management and the board of directors to review
- Monitor near-term liquidity events for certain investments
- Work closely with regional FP&A teams to understand upcoming liquidity needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of related experience within public accounting
- Experience understanding complex transactions
- Experience in OneStream a plus
- CPA preferred
Salary Range $90,000-$100,000
