Field Technician

About This Role

This role involves visiting customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, troubleshoot issues, and introduce them to new smart home technology. It suits a technician who can work independently while maintaining team connections and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude
• Work independently but stay connected with the team

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
• Customer focus to build trust and create a great experience
• Problem-solving skills to tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
• Determination to work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease
