You will partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access to:
- Develop high-impact learning experiences that bring strategy to life
- Prepare teams for key product launches and evolving market opportunities
- Build essential capabilities in communication, account planning, negotiation and customer engagement
- Use data and insights to identify capability gaps and measure business impact
- Introduce innovative learning technologies, including AI-powered content development tools
- Help create a culture of growth, curiosity and continuous improvement across Taiwan
