Service technician position is offered as an independent contractor position. Travel is required in North Carolina and South Carolina area. Experience in trim/molding and drywall knowledge is a must.
Requirements
- Must have a service box truck or enclosed trailer that can haul 16ft material.
- Have your own tools to perform service, including generator.
- Have a driver's license and auto insurance in your name or company name.
- Carry a 1 million liability insurance policy with Cavco listed on policy.
- Service technician will be responsible for the trim out of modular and double wide homes.
- All building materials are provided.
- Do electric and water test on homes.
- A checklist will be provided for the contractor to follow.
- Discusses assignment with homeowner and Cavco.
- Once service work is finished, do a walk through with customer and follow up call with Cavco.
