Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Tampa, FL (up to $10,000 relocation package)
Salary: $40-$46/hr + 6% profit sharing bonus + per diem + Day 1 Benefits

Our organization specializes in designing, building, and supporting high-performance machinery, providing customers with complete production line solutions and responsive technical support throughout the equipment lifecycle.
With engineering, manufacturing, and service capabilities under one roof, we maintain a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician with experience in PLCs, electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics to provide equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer training at client sites.

What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain expertise in PLC-based control systems, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, SCL, Codesys, and Rockwell Automation.
- Commission equipment on-site, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions independently.
- Update machine control software and firmware during service visits.
- Support design reviews, equipment testing, and acceptance procedures to ensure seamless control integration.
- Preferred knowledge of Visiwin processing visualization software from Inosoft.
- Assist with quoting upgrades for control systems, software, and electrical components.
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of experience in field service with a strong mechanical/electrical background
- Troubleshooting PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuitry
- Strong controls experience (Allen-Bradley); do not need to program, but must be able to manipulate code
- Friendly client-facing/customer behavior
- ENJOYS traveling; up to 80% throughout the US for extended periods of time (installs can be 1-2 weeks); light international travel
