What You'll Do
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our customers' electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation of Medium Voltage equipment and solutions up to 35 kV
- Perform commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during installation and throughout the equipment lifecycle
- Support Low Voltage service activities, particularly maintenance and repair of circuit breakers
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Schneider Electric processes, industry standards, and Health & Safety requirements
- Prepare service documentation and technical reports
- Plan and organize service activities independently while maintaining close collaboration with customers and colleagues
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working with Medium Voltage electrical equipment and systems
- Experience in commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical installations
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
- Electrical Safety Group certification or equivalent MV/HV qualifications
- Technical education in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Fluent English communication skills

Annual salary ranges: Estonia/Latvia 32,000-38,000 and Lithuania 41,000-49,000 EUR. Salary offers reflect local country market practices and taxation.
