About This Role
This role involves overseeing an integrated technology plant, providing engineering and administrative guidance to ensure smooth operations while meeting key performance indicators and adhering to customer O&M service contracts. It suits an engineer who can manage a team, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive a safe work culture at the site, ensuring zero lost-time incidents
- Execute O&M efficiently as per customer contract
- Deliver service excellence as per Veolia standards
- Manage stakeholders including customers, vendors, and the internal team
- Handle the team and support people development
- Report plant operations promptly at set frequencies (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually) to both internal and external stakeholders
- Execute site O&M within the defined budget, ensuring profitability by tracking spent versus budget and generating value/cost-saving ideas
- Consistently work on optimizing the cost of services
- Aim for positive service feedback from customers (High NPS Score)
- Manage inventory at the site, ensuring regular follow-up with customers/vendors/stakeholders on the availability of all service execution related spares and consumables
- Adhere to Veolia Ethics and compliance
- Ensure overall plant maintenance by maintaining healthy equipment status
- Ensure 100% plant availability
- Be responsible for maintenance: PM schedules, CM, and BD maintenance
- Use Veolia digital tools and reporting
- Ensure timely creation, submission of invoices, and payment collections
- Adhere to HR-related compliance documents and audit requirements
- Collect, develop, manage, and maintain all relevant plant and equipment documentation
- Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations and procedures (RA, SOP, Veolia Frameworks etc.)
- Be responsible for customer contract renewals through service excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical) with relevant experience
