Field Sales & Service Manager - SMOOOTH IT GmbH

About This Role

This field sales and service role is for someone passionate about bringing innovation to the food retail sector, especially within the Munich area. It involves acquiring new customers, setting up new points of sale, and providing ongoing technical support for automated smoothie machines. The position suits a dynamic individual who enjoys hands-on work and building relationships with retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and support new and existing customers for SMOOOTH IT and other brands (PRO2BE, Honest Coco, and Bubble Pop)
• Set up new POS locations, including initial commissioning of SMOOOTH IT machines on-site, from installation to the first mix
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing locations, ensuring cleanliness, stocking, and POS materials
• Perform regular first-level service on machines (cleaning, maintenance, minor adjustments) after full training (no prior technical knowledge required)
• Coordinate with the internal team for technical malfunctions
• Actively build and maintain relationships with store managers and retail teams
• Actively participate in the rollout of new locations, acting as a pioneer in the region

Requirements

• Experience in field sales or the food retail environment, understanding retail discussions and market dynamics
• Class B driving license and willingness to travel within the region
• Technical affinity: openness to new devices and processes, and quick learning (technical training is not required)
• Independent, structured way of working to plan tours and maintain an overview
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor with store managers and branch teams
• Enthusiasm for building something new, joining a young, rapidly growing company
