About This Role
Connecting with customers to introduce the latest technology and services is the core of this Field Sales Representative role. You will work independently, delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, and thrive on making sales goals happen. This position suits a sales professional who is driven to provide customized, white-glove experiences directly in the customer's home.
Responsibilities
- Work independently in the field after paid training
- Connect with existing customers daily at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T
- Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make sales
- Offer hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions
Requirements
- 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficient in upselling techniques
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
