Field Sales Agent - $500 Signing Bonus!

About This Role

This field sales agent position involves going door-to-door to introduce potential clients to HelloFresh products, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. The role suits an enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individual who is driven to succeed in direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Introduce HelloFresh products to potential clients face-to-face
• Help clients find easy, innovative ways to reach their health and wellness goals
• Meet with the team weekly to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results
• Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of the client

Requirements

• Willingness to learn (training is provided)
• Positive mindset and customer satisfaction as a top priority
• Natural ability to connect with people and deliver best-in-class customer experience
• Determination to succeed in sales, even when facing rejections
• Adaptability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Previous sales experience is an asset
• Previous experience in a Direct Sales, Customer Service, and/or a Marketing role is considered an asset
• Be 18+ years old and authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis
• Be an outgoing, people person who gains energy from helping and being around people
• Be an expert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing weekly goals
• Be money-motivated and driven to win
• Have a demonstrated ability to be a team player
• Have reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver
• Have a flexible full-time schedule that includes the ability to work during evenings and weekends as required
