Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research on new launches, upcoming projects, and micro-market trends
- Undertake frequent site visits to gather on-ground market intelligence
- Interact with homebuyers to understand preferences, concerns, and decision-making behaviour
- Engage with developers, channel partners, and brokers to validate and enrich insights
- Track pricing trends, supply pipelines, and inventory movement
- Monitor infrastructure developments, government policies, and their impact on demand
- Map micro-market dynamics by connecting supply, demand, and buyer sentiment
- Synthesize insights into structured, buyer-first outputs (reports, frameworks, content inputs)
- Collaborate with content, product, and strategy teams to drive relevant, high-impact outputs
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 24 years of experience in real estate, market research, advisory, or consulting
- Strong on-ground exposure to Delhi/NCR(or ability to build quickly)
- Comfortable interacting with homebuyers and extracting meaningful insights
- Experience working with developers, brokers, or channel partners
- Strong understanding of buyer behaviour and market dynamics
- Structured thinker with good communication and writing skills
- Self-driven, curious, and comfortable balancing fieldwork with analysis
