About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard local packers & movers partners through Google, Justdial, references, and online platforms.
- Onboard around 4-5 partners per month.
- Ensure partners purchase required packing materials from NoBroker.
- Conduct customer house inspection visits to assess the quantity of goods and packing materials required, such as carton boxes, bubble wrap, etc.
- Visit during packing/moving to ensure vendors follow uniform and service quality standards.
- Manage partner relationships and resolve service-related issues.
- Visit residential societies assigned by the company.
- Meet the society manager, secretary, or other concerned person.
- Conduct awareness campaigns about the company's legal services.
- Explain e-Khata and other legal products to residents.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build good relationships with society representatives and customers.
