About the role
Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a highly driven Field Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of construction and technology deployment projects. This individual will serve as a critical partner to Construction and Electrical Project Managers, ensuring high-quality project delivery while proactively identifying risks, gaps, and issues in the field. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of driving resolution, mitigation, and continuous improvement. This role is field-based and focused on oversight, coordination, and quality assurance-not hands-on trade work.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, field coordination, or similar role
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and construction documentation
- Proven experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades
- Experience with QA/QC processes in construction environments
- Proficiency with project management tools
