Job Descriptions
- Generate and convert leads into sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations to prospective customers regarding Ruangguru's educational solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up progress accurately using the CRM system.
- Stay updated on Ruangguru's products and educational trends to provide appropriate recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
- Utilize digital tools and online platforms to deliver effective sales presentations and consultations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 education in any discipline.
- Having experience working as a Sales Consultant is an added value.
- Have a strong commitment to work in the sales sector and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
- Have good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Have the ability to operate Google Workspace.
- Willing to work with high mobility and travel on business.
- Have a personal smartphone and laptop.
