ManpowerGroup Greece ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of a leading retail technology organization , is seeking a FE React Developer to join its internal Digital Engineering team .
The team builds and maintains high‑traffic web applications , customer‑facing digital services , and mission‑critical internal platforms that support nationwide retail operations.
- Location: Athens - Northern suburbs
- Working Model: Hybrid Working Model with flexibility. - Option for Fully Remote for candidates outside Athens
- Contract type: 6‑Month Fixed-Term Employment Contract
- Level: Mid-level
- Reporting to: Front-End Chapter Lead
What you will be doing: As a Front-End Developer, you will own the technical enablement of digital marketing activation, delivering scalable frontend implementations, accurate tracking, and seamless integrations across digital, analytics, and reporting platforms. You will ensure reliable data flows, robust tag and pixel deployment, and translate marketing requirements into compliant, high‑quality technical solutions that support planning accuracy, campaign optimization, and overall performance measurement.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing and maintaining scalable React-based frontend components and reusable technical solutions
- Owning key technical decisions across frontend architecture, performance optimization and integration strategy
- Translating marketing, analytics and CX requirements into robust, scalable and maintainable technical specifications
- Collaborating with design, marketing, analytics and IT teams to deliver high‑quality, business‑critical digital experiences
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong working knowledge of React, JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend tooling
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals and scalable frontend delivery
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and collaborative development workflows
- Familiarity with E-commerce tracking, MarTech integration and consent-aware implementation
- Fluent in English & Greek
