Would you like to join the Happiness Industry? We are looking for F&B Service Staff (obers / serveerster) to join the opening service team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).
What will you be responsible for?
- Delivering attentive, friendly, and professional service in restaurant, bar, or events.
- Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Supporting upselling initiatives and promoting menu items.
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Ensuring compliance with service standards and safety protocols.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in F&B service roles.
- Experience in openings is valued.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
