🍽️ F&B Operations Executive/ Management Associate
Location: Islandwide
Salary: $3,000–$3,600/month
Working hours: 10am - 10pm

Your main duties:

Support the Outlet Manager in ensuring smooth operational workflows and handling daily financial transactions.

Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold food and beverage quality standards.

Engage with customers to obtain feedback and continuously enhance the overall service experience.
Lead and mentor team members during shifts to promote productivity and operational efficiency.

Gradually learn and apply the skillsets and job scopes of an Outlet Manager including Outlet Operations, Inventory Management, Manpower Planning, Profit & Loss Management

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reporting.
