About the role
I run a growing talking-head YouTube channel and need a skilled editor for modern, fast-paced edits on my videos. Long-term and ongoing — not a one-off.
THE WORK
- Videos are 5–10 minutes each.
- I will trim the videos myself so you can start w/ mistakes already removed — you focus on effects, pacing, and polish).
- I provide creative direction and templates, so you're never guessing.
- Starting at 1 video/week, with room for more.
PAY
- 5–7 minute video: $10
- 8–10 minute video: $15-20
- Paid per video. Reliable weekly work for the right person.
- The listing says $100 to $200 because this would be the price for 10 videos depending on your expertise and experience.
You Must Be Able To
- Add music, text, overlays, transitions, and split-screen effects that feel dynamic and professional
- Edit in a fast, modern, retention-focused style
- Follow directions and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (not CapCut)
- Real editing experience with hand-crafted effects — not auto-captions and default templates
- Short-form (Shorts/Reels/TikTok) experience is a plus
