About This Role
This role involves developing and executing trade marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance brand recognition in fashion retail. You will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to create effective promotional programs, working closely with various departments to ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze competitors, market trends, and customer behavior
- Conduct on-site surveys at sales points to assess customer needs and feedback
- Brainstorm and propose promotional programs and offers suitable for each region and customer segment
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement promotional programs across the system or at specific sales points
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance brand recognition at sales points
- Seek and develop cross-linking partners to help sales points increase revenue
- Ensure trade marketing activities (POSM, product display, promotions) are executed on schedule and with quality
- Manage and coordinate with relevant departments to implement trade marketing programs
- Plan and manage the budget for trade marketing activities
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of promotional programs and trade marketing activities
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments
- Prepare periodic reports on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities
- Propose solutions to improve business performance at sales points based on data analysis
- Perform other tasks as required by management
Requirements
- College or university degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in fashion or beauty
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interaction skills
- Honest, dedicated, good listener, sharing with customers and colleagues
