Fashion Marketing Assistant

About This Role

This marketing assistant role focuses on growing the online presence of a Los Angeles-based women's fashion brand. The person will build relationships with content creators and increase brand awareness across social media platforms. It suits a creative and motivated individual passionate about fashion, social media, and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Research and reach out to influencers and content creators on Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Build and maintain influencer partnerships
• Introduce creators to our affiliate and commission program
• Assist with influencer campaigns and track outreach, collaborations, and campaign performance
• Help grow Mebon's social media presence and increase brand awareness
• Stay up to date on social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators
• Assist with additional marketing, administrative, and social media projects as needed

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and fashion
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in social media, marketing, influencer outreach, or fashion is a plus, but not required
