Fashion Internship

About This Role

This 12-month undergraduate placement scheme offers an integral role within the Disney Consumer Products (DCP) Team, with opportunities across various business areas including marketing, buying, selling, merchandising, advertising, and branding. Internships are available in high street fashion, luxury brands, footwear, accessories, and health & beauty. The role suits individuals passionate about enhancing their knowledge and expertise in the fashion industry, assisting on projects from content creation for partnership pitches to market research and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist on several projects within the team
• Create content for partnership pitches
• Work with briefs for various campaigns
• Build knowledge of consumers
• Conduct market research
• Strategically analyse trends and data to understand improvements or leverage opportunities
• Advance commercial foresight

Requirements

• Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2028
• Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
• Available to start working full time from June 2027
• Interested in the area you are applying for, whether through studies, experiences, extracurricular activities, or general interest
• Strong curiosity in fashion, the Disney brand, and retail
• Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and undertake various administrative duties
• Strong MS Office skills
