Responsibilities
- Develop original fashion concepts and designs that align with current trends and brand identity
- Create detailed sketches using digital design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and SketchUp
- Produce technical drawings and specifications for production, ensuring clarity and precision
- Collaborate with pattern makers, fabric suppliers, and manufacturers to bring designs from concept to reality
- Utilize photography skills to capture mood boards, lookbooks, and promotional content that showcase collections effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends, fabric innovations, and emerging technologies like Maya or CAD software to enhance design processes
- Assist in web design elements for online collections, ensuring visual consistency across digital platforms
Requirements
- Proven experience in fashion or graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill
- Proficiency in digital design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and After Effects
- Knowledge of web design principles using HTML and CSS for digital presentation purposes
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Maya or CAD programs for detailed product development
- Strong understanding of photography techniques to produce high-quality visual content
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into detailed sketches and technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and vendors
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
- Sketching: 2 years (preferred)
- English (preferred)
