About This Role
Working as a Fashion Assistant for Oceana Clutches, you will represent a contemporary luxury accessories brand known for its elegant, individual, and sustainable designs. This role suits someone passionate about fashion and customer service, ready to engage with customers and drive sales at the flagship store.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their preferences, and provide personalized shopping experiences
- Drive store sales, achieve assigned sales targets, and maximize revenue through effective selling techniques
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand, product materials, designs, customization options, and sustainability philosophy
- Assist customers in selecting handbags and clutches suitable for occasions, outfits, gifting, and personal style
- Build lasting customer relationships, follow up on inquiries, and encourage repeat purchases
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising, product displays, store cleanliness, and overall presentation
- Monitor stock levels, assist with stock checks, and coordinate replenishment when required
- Handle customer orders, personalized engraving requests, billing, and delivery coordination accurately
- Assist with customer inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other sales channels, as required
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Oceana Clutches' luxury, creativity, and sustainability values
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, fashion, luxury accessories, handbags, or lifestyle brands is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- A keen interest in fashion, styling, luxury products, and current trends
- Strong sales ability with a target-oriented and proactive approach
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing systems, WhatsApp, and social media
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage
