About the role

Are you interested in building a career within a Family Office/Investment Firm?

Join a boutique, full-service multi-family office located on the North Shore as an Associate and play a key role in supporting ultra-high-net-worth client families and the broader success of the organization. This position offers the opportunity to learn the firm’s methods and processes from the ground up, gain exposure to all facets of family office operations, and expand responsibilities over time. The right candidate will bring foundational financial literacy (banking, investments, tax), strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple work streams seamlessly. The role operates under the direct supervision of Senior Associates and the Head of Office.

This role is ideal for: Professionals with 1–4 years of experience in public accounting, investments/asset management, private wealth/family office, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, financial planning, and consulting.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex financial information.
  • Familiarity with current technology, particularly financial software and productivity tools.
  • Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
  • Comfort operating in a high-volume email environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant experience preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
