We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an inpatient medical team in Laurel Run, Pennsylvania.

Position Details
- Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)
- Setting: Inpatient / Detox / Residential
- Location: Laurel Run, PA 18706
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
- Compensation: Up to $155,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
- Conduct medical evaluations and provide ongoing patient care
- Assess and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Participate in admission assessments and treatment planning
- Monitor patients during detoxification and residential treatment
- Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications within the scope of practice
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Provide patient education and support
Qualifications
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Eligible to practice in Pennsylvania
- Current DEA registration, if required
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, detox, inpatient medicine, or residential treatment preferred
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
