Location: Walla Walla, WA
Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible 4- or 5-day work week (32-40 hours/week); No Evenings or Weekends Required
Walla Walla Clinic & Surgery Center, an established physician-owned multispecialty practice celebrating its 90th anniversary, is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician with specialized procedural training in endoscopies and colonoscopies. Joining a collaborative team of over 60 providers, you will enjoy complete clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, non-institutional environment where physicians are treated like family.
- Hybrid Clinical & Procedural Scope: Provide full-scope primary care to a loyal, generational patient panel while dedicating a significant portion of your schedule to outpatient screening scopes in the practice's Ambulatory Surgery Center.
- Unrivaled Practice Support: Practice alongside tenured Advanced Practice Providers, dedicated Medical Assistants (1:1+ ratio), on-site phlebotomy/labs, imaging services, and specialized triage support.
- Work-Life Synergy & Light Call: Tailor your schedule with options for 4x10s, 4.5 days, or traditional 5-day weeks, supported by an extremely light, shared department-only call rotation backed by an after-hours nursing triage line.
- Administrative Relief: Maximize patient face-time through access to AI-powered scribing and advanced value-based care documentation tools, giving you your evenings back.
- Partnership & Financial Growth: Offers a generous guaranteed base salary with quarterly productivity bonuses, leading to early practice partnership and shareholder equity opportunities after just 12 months.
