Role Overview
This outpatient clinician position involves providing comprehensive family medicine services within a correctional facility setting. The clinician will manage approximately 20 patients per day, conducting evaluations, managing chronic and acute conditions, and offering preventive care, all while maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care to adult male patients
- Conduct thorough patient assessments

- Prescribe medications and document clinical findings
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality healthcare
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Ohio medical license, DEA registration, BLS certification
- Board certification or eligibility in family medicine or related field
- Ability to manage a patient load efficiently
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Additional Details
- No call requirements
- Work 20 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours
- No prescriptive authority required for children
