Family Medicine Physician

Step into an established, high-volume private practice executing a strategic growth and long-term succession plan. We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join our thriving team as we expand our patient panel and prepare for the future. This role offers an incredible volume of full-spectrum care, an ultra-stable infrastructure, and an exceptional quality of life.

Favorable Outpatient Schedule:
Work a 4.5-day week with a half-day every Friday. The clinic closes early at 12:30 PM on Fridays, with flexible morning start times available and absolutely no hospital rounding required.

True Full-Spectrum Care:
Manage a robust panel spanning all age groups, from newborns to geriatrics, including a very large pediatric population. The practice is highly flexible and willing to integrate additional specialized services based on your unique clinical interests.

Future Partnership Track:
Step onto an open path to formal partnership after two years of active employment, giving interested candidates a clear stake in the practice's long-term decision-making and success.

Light Phone Call Only:
Shared rotation is strictly phone-based and distributed 1:7. Weekend call is highly manageable, averaging just 2-3 calls total, and is fully supported by an established external call center.

Competitive Earning & Premium Benefits:
Offers a highly competitive base salary supplemented by a lucrative productivity bonus calculated at 80% of positive net collections after overhead. Package includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision premiums, a 401(k) with a 3% safe harbor match plus profit sharing, an exceptional 35 days of total PTO, 5 CME days with a strong annual allowance, fully covered malpractice, license/DEA reimbursements, and a $30,000 combined signing and relocation incentive package.

Qualifications:
MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine (FM training required).
Open to all experience levels, including strong new graduates.
Comfortable providing true full-spectrum care to patients of all ages.
State licensure and board certification are required.
