About the role
Role: Family Medicine Physician in outpatient primary care, providing comprehensive patient care in a full-time employed position.
Responsibilities: Manage 20-22 patients daily, deliver quality primary care services, and participate in a shared call schedule (phone call only).
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary of $260,000 - $280,000 with earning potential up to $350,000 through RVU bonuses and additional incentives. Benefits include a comprehensive package, with a 4.5-day workweek and 36 clinical hours.
Qualifications & Skills: Board-certified or eligible in Family Medicine, ability to handle outpatient care efficiently, strong communication skills, and accommodating visa candidates.
