Key Responsibilities
- Handle family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and related disputes.
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients throughout the legal process.
- Maintain accurate case files and provide exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- JD/LL.B. and active Bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Experience in family law preferred; candidates from other practice areas with a strong interest in family law are encouraged to apply.
- Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis) is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
