Our client is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to handle divorce, custody, adoption, and support matters, with trial experience in Common Pleas and Superior Court preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage family law matters including divorce, custody, adoption, and support cases.
- Represent clients in trial proceedings at Common Pleas and Superior Court levels.
- Provide legal counsel and develop case strategies for domestic relations matters.
- Assist with estate administration matters as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting firm growth.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law.
- 3+ years of family law/domestic relations experience preferred.
- Trial experience in Common Pleas and Superior Court.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
